Matic family private house is located just 150 meters from the sea and the nearby beach where you can enjoy a beautiful view. It is located in the village Banjol on the island of Rab 2.5 km away from the center of the island of and 9 km from the ferry port Mišnjak. To their satisfaction the family provides services to tourists since 1970. The house is located on an elevated and quiet area, has a paved parking lot and has a small garden with a summer outdoor terrace where it is possible to barbecue and relax enjoying the summer evenings.

Comfortable accommodation for tourists is available in two air-conditioned bedroom studio apartments of 28 and 32 m2 each for two people and one air-conditioned two-bedroom apartment of 55 m2 for four people. All apartments have 6 m2 balconies and the possibility of using additional beds.
They are located on the top second floor and have a separate entrance for tourists regerding the hosts on the ground floor.
Our guests can also use the satellite TV and free internet access (WiFi), and it is possible to use a mooring for the boat surcharge.
Smoking is allowed on the terraces and in the garden, and small pets are allowed in agreement with the owner.

In front of the house is a decorated and attractive beach where guests can enjoy the benefits of sea, sun and long walks along the promenade that connects the village Banjol and Barbat with the center of Rab. Also nearby are several restaurants, shops, gas stations and other necessary facilities. We especially emphasize the possibility that tourists who own vessels can, within our accommodation and mooring for the boat, use the services of the nearby private mini marina with cranes for lifting, lowering and boat washing and disposal trailer.
