The Matić family house is in Banjol on the island of Rab, about 150 metres from the sea and the nearby beach. It is 2.5 km from Rab town centre and 9 km from Mišnjak ferry port. The family has been welcoming guests since 1970. Set in a quiet, elevated location, the house offers paved parking and a small garden with an open summer terrace and barbecue for relaxing evenings.

Apartments
Guests can choose from two air-conditioned studio apartments, measuring 28 m² and 32 m², each for two people, and one air-conditioned two-bedroom apartment of 55 m² for four people. All apartments have a 6 m² balcony and space for extra beds.
The apartments are on the second and top floor of the house, with a separate entrance from the hosts on the ground floor. All have satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. Boat mooring is available at an extra charge.
Smoking is permitted on the terraces and in the garden. Small pets are welcome by prior arrangement with the owner.

A well-maintained beach is close to the house. The coastal promenade connects Banjol and Barbat with Rab town centre. Restaurants, shops, a petrol station and other amenities are nearby. Guests with boats can use nearby private marinas offering crane services for launching and lifting boats, boat washing and trailer storage.
